JumlaKart Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
2. Return Process
- Log in to your JumlaKart account and go to your order history.
- Select the item you wish to return and click on "Return or Replace Items".
- Choose a reason for the return and select whether you want a refund or replacement.
- Print the provided return label (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Drop off the package at the nearest courier location or schedule a pickup.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Digital products
- Intimate or sanitary goods, once unsealed
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will guide you through the process.
